So two things have just totally rocked my musical theater-loving world:
a) I just watched Glee.
IT WAS SO GOOD. Like, I can't even get over it. Everyone was so talented, and Lea Michele even more so than I remembered from Spring Awakening. But Matthew Morrison didn't sing...yet. D: I hope he does later. He has the voice of a pop star sensation angel.
And "Don't Stop Believing" was frigging amazingggg.
b) "In the meantime, Hugh Jackman will be working with Anne Hathaway in the big screen adaptation of the Rodgers & Hammerstein musical Carousel."
I think I just peed my pants a little. I frigging love Carousel. (And West Side Story. But it that's remade I'm going to punch a baby.) And I also happen to love Hugh Jackman. And Anne Hathaway. IF THIS INFORMATION IS TRUE I WILL BE FIRST IN LINE TO SEE T HIS MOVIE.
I can die happy.
(But I don't have any Glee icons yet.)
